A saxophone quartet will set the mood for Christmas Eve at dusk. In the evening, it becomes truly festive – we’ll serve a traditional Austrian Christmas Eve menu with holiday soup and roast goose. The night will be beautifully rounded off with a visit to Midnight Mass at the Catholic parish church in Saalfelden.

In the morning, a festive Christmas Day service takes place at the parish church in Saalfelden. The Ritzensee, located in the heart of town, is perfect for a peaceful winter walk after church. Our culinary team will enchant you with a special five-course Christmas gala menu.

Our daily tip: a winter alpine hike. Enjoy a three-hour walk through the historic village of Hütten to the Grießner high moor, offering panoramic views. Return at your leisure – on foot, by ski bus, taxi, or shuttle. Tonight’s four-course dinner embraces the theme of “Italy.” Savor Italian delicacies paired with a selection of fine wines.

Our daily tip: a guided ski tour in Saalfelden Leogang with an experienced mountain and ski guide who selects the perfect route based on conditions. Meeting point and tour details are arranged individually, with necessary safety equipment provided if needed. In the evening, enjoy an exquisite four-course gourmet dinner.

For all wine lovers, we’re hosting an afternoon wine tasting with our restaurant management team, Anu Ahluwalia and Stefan Gregsamer (Sommelier). In the evening, indulge in a delicious international buffet.

Our kitchen team presents a selection of delicacies in a four-course dinner menu. After dinner, the “Blue Chilis” will perform at the hotel bar, treating you to authentic, handcrafted blues music.

Enjoy a delightful Austrian buffet evening, accompanied by the traditional sounds of the “Pinzgauer Buam.” Later at the hotel bar, the “Pinzgauer Buam” will turn up the volume, creating a lively and fun atmosphere.

Recharge in the afternoon with a snack in the hotel lobby – it’s going to be a long night! We’ll bid farewell to the year with a gala dinner, accompanied by live music from “Silvastic & die Chefpartie” to carry us through to midnight. As the clock strikes twelve, “Silvastic” will take the stage once more. Party on! And to keep you dancing all night, we’ll be serving a midnight snack!

After a night of celebrating, feel free to sleep in and enjoy the late-riser breakfast, served until noon. For those reluctant to leave the comfort of their beds, the Historic Rifle Company will give a gentle wake-up call at midday! We’ll kick off the dining year in true Austrian style with a traditional Wiener Schnitzel menu for dinner.

Our tip: If you’re looking to burn off some energy or have set a New Year’s resolution to “be more active,” why not join a guided snowshoe hike in alpine terrain? You’ll receive tips on nature and walking techniques along the way. The tour lasts 3-4 hours, with the meeting point and location arranged the day before. In the evening, the band “Die Freunde des Japaners” will provide live musical entertainment.
